DEPIK Certification Tests and Certification Course in Embedded Programming
Certification tests helps engineering students and graduates to showcase
their knowledge and practical programming skills to the Industry. DEPIK
as credible trainer in Embedded and Linux domains, is working with the
Embedded industry to recognize DEPIK's certification grades.
DEPIK's believes that, good embedded engineers can not be made with just
3 to 4 months of training after engineering. Instead
students should be trained in a simple, practical, effective
and consistent manner from the second year of their engineering degree.
DEPIK has lined up simple and practical certification courses for this purpose.
Students are strongly advised to take up these courses and take DEPIK's
certification test to benchmark their skills. Embedded Industy will recognize
you through your grades at these tests.
These certification courses are designed with our idea, that learning
should be fun. Too much theory, removes the fun out of learning. Interesting
practicals and visuals should give the motivation to learn more theory.
Each certification test contains the following:
- Objective type test
- Practical Programming test in the lab
- Interview
Basic Certification Tests
For the benefit of engineering students, detailed syllabus and material
are made available. For practicing, Linux Live CD, and
embedded kits are also available at reasonable charges. This Linux CD has got
all the cross compilers to practice embedded programming. So students are
encouraged to form as small groups, practice and learn on their own.
However students can also join the Certification courses offered by DEPIK.
DEPIK is also willing to work with Engineering colleges to train their
students for these certification tests.
Certification Course in Embedded Programming
It should be possible for good engineering students to learn and practice
for DEPIK Certification tests on their own. This is because DEPIK is
providing all the material, sample programs and assignments. DEPIK
is also supplying Linux OS and required embedded kits for this purpose.
However for the benefit of all the students, DEPIK is also conducting a
Certification Course in Embedded Programming. This course covers the
following modules in three months duration.
- C Programming in Linux Environment
- Embedded Programming using 8-bit AVR microcontroller
- Embedded Programming using 32-bit ARM microcontroller
- Simple RTOS Programming
All the above modules are covered with extensive practical programming
in our embedded labs.
